We’ll begin to conceptualise your hand-crafted exclusive journey, set around our experience, ethos and style.
We will come back to you with a broad plan and an indicative price for review. We will be happy to respond to any questions and refinements needed.
Once you are happy to proceed to the full planning phase we will invoice you for 10% of the indicative cost of the tour. On receipt of this payment detailed planning and engagement begins. Any unforeseen variations to concept or price during this planning phase will be communicated fully and openly for your approval.
The balance of tour payment will be requested by invoice 90 days prior to tour departure date.
